Abstract

Postre congelado con la superficie decorada que tiene un diseño aerodinámico de varios colores de un material de salsa sobre la superficie superior de una capa de helado, de manera tal que ningún derrame de los colores del material de salsa en la capa de helado sea evidente desde el exterior en condiciones normales de almacenamiento y que el material de helado no se exponga al exterior y se haga de aspecto desagradable, así como un método y aparato de fabricación para él. El postre congelado con la superficie decorada tiene, dentro de un vaso, una capa de helado, una primera capa de material de salsa sobre dicha capa de helado y una segunda capa de salsa de un color diferente de la primera capa de salsa, inyectada sobre la superficie superior de la primera capa de salsa después de que el primer material de salsa, mediante lo cual la primera capa de salsa y la segunda capa de salsa se baten juntas para formar un diseño inscrito.
