Abstract

Se describe un método para la transformación de la de la línea germinal de la soja mediada por Agrobacterium, que comprende infectar semillas de soja divididas con una porción del eje embrionario con Agrobacterium tumefaciens que contiene un transgen. El método puede comprender además regenerar los explantes producidos a partir de la transformación de semillas de soja divididas que comprenden una porción de eje embrionario in vitro en un medio de selección.
