Abstract

Dispersiones poliméricas acuosas multifásicas, que pueden ser preparadas por polimerización en emulsión iniciada por radicales libres, con una fase blanda y una fase dura y una relación de la fase dura a la fase blanda de 25 a 95 % en peso respecto a 75 a 5 % en peso, ascendiendo la temperatura de transición vítrea (Tg) de la fase blanda como primera fase a -30 a 0ºC y aquella de la fase dura como segunda fase a 20 a 60ºC, cuya dispersión contiene al menos un monómero de la fórmula general (1) en la que las variables tienen los siguientes significados: n = 0 a 2; R1, R2, R3 = significan independientemente entre sí hidrógeno o grupo metilo; X = O ó NH; Y = H, metal alcalino, NH4. Proceso para preparar estas dispersiones poliméricas acuosas, así como su uso como aglutinante en revestimientos que contienen la dispersión polimérica de acuerdo con la presente.
