Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion de dosis fija farmacéutica, oral, solida, estable, que comprende irbesartán, besilato de amlodipina y excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables, en la que el irbesartán está separado físicamente del besilato de amlodipina. Reivindicacion 2: La composicion segun la reivindicacion 1, en la que el irbesartán en la forma de gránulos recubiertos está embebido en una matriz extragranular que comprende besilato de amiodipina. Reivindicacion 3: La composicion segun una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 2, en la que la composicion solida toma la forma de un comprimido monocapa, preferiblemente recubierto de película. Reivindicacion 17: Uso de Irbesartán y besilato de amlodipina en la preparacion de un medicamento para el tratamiento de la hipertension, en el que dicho medicamento está en la composicion de dosis fija, solida, estable, segun una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12.
