Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion farmacéutica solida oral de dosis fija que comprende Ramipril, besilato de amlodipino y excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables, en donde el ramipril en forma de gránulos recubiertos está embebido en una matriz extragranular que comprende besilato de amlodipino. Reivindicacion 9: La composicion solida segun una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8 en forma de un comprimido en donde el peso total del comprimido está entre 80mg y 100mg, preferiblemente 100mg.
