Abstract

La presente describe un procedimiento para el recubrimiento de flejes metálicos, que comprende los siguientes pasos de procedimiento: (1) aplicacion de un medio de recubrimiento de pintura de imprimacion (B) acuoso, que contiene por lo menos un sistema de ligantes (BM), por lo menos un componente de pigmentos de carga (BF), por lo menos un componente de proteccion contra la corrosion (BK) y componentes volátiles (BL), sobre la superficie metálica eventualmente limpiada, en donde el medio de recubrimiento (B) presenta un contenido de solventes orgánicos de menos de 15% en peso, referido a los componentes volátiles (BL) del medio de recubrimiento (B); (2) secado de la capa de tratamiento previo integrada formada por el medio de recubrimiento de pintura de imprimacion; (3) aplicacion de una capa de pintura de acabado (D) sobre la capa de tratamiento previo integrada secada segun el paso (2); y (4) endurecimiento conjunto de las capas de medio de recubrimiento (B) y capa de acabado (D).
