Abstract

processo de revestimento de matriz em fenda a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para aplicar um revestimento óptico a um substrato que compreende as etapas de (a) preparar uma formulação de revestimento óptico que compreende um componente solvente e um componente formador de película; (b) usar um dispositivo de aplicação de revestimento de matriz para formar um substrato revestido através da aplicação do revestimento óptico a um substrato, em que o revestimento óptico aplicado forma uma película molhada no mesmo que tem uma espessura de 8 pm a 100 pm; (c) secar o substrato revestido, em que o substrato revestido está em um plano substancialmente horizontal, convertendo deste modo a película molhada em uma película seca que tem uma espessura inferior a 1pm. a formulação de revestimento óptico compreende mais do que 0,3 % em peso a não mais do que 10 % em peso de sólidos com relação ao peso total da formulação de revestimento óptico. o substrato revestido pode ser opcionalmente curado.
