Abstract
Se proporcionan composiciones y métodos para direccionamiento de polipéptidos a plásticos. Las composiciones comprenden péptidos de tránsito a plásticos así como secuencias de nucleotidos que codifican tales péptidos de tránsito y sus variantes. Adicionalmente estos constructor de DNA encuentran aplicacion en la expresion y el direccionamiento del polipéptido de interés a un plástido. También casetes de expresion, vectores, plantas transformadas, células de plantas transformadas, y semillas de plantas transformadas establemente en donde un polipéptido de interés está diseccionado a un plástido por dicho péptido de tránsito. Reivindicacion 1: Un ácido nucleico aislado que comprende una primera secuencia de nucleotidos que codifica un péptido de tránsito a las plásticos de una Glaucocistofita en donde dicha primera secuencia de nucleotidos está enlazada operativamente a una segunda secuencia de nucleotidos que codifica un polipéptido heterologo. Reivindicacion 3: El ácido nucleico aislado de la reivindicacion 1 en donde la Glaucosistofita es Cyanaphora paradoxa.
