Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos y composiciones para dirigir un polipéptido de interés a un cloroplasto. Se proporcionan polinucleótidos recombinantes que comprenden una secuencia de nucleótidos que codifican un péptido de tránsito al cloroplasto (CTP) quimérico unido operativamente a un polinucleótido heterálogo de interés.
