Abstract
Locus de ADN de soja polimorficos utiles para la genotipificacion entre por lo menos dos variedades de soja. Las secuencias de los locus son utiles para la provision de las bases para el diseno de oligonucleotidos de sondas y cebadores para la deteccion de polimorfismos en ADN de soja. Los polimorfismos son utiles para aplicaciones de genotipificacion en soja. Los marcadores polimorficos son utiles para establecer asociaciones de marcador/rasgo, por ejemplo, en la cartografía de desequilibrio de union y en estudios de asociacion, aplicaciones transgénicas y de clonacion de posicion, en el cultivo auxiliado por marcadores y la seleccion asistida por marcadores, la prediccion híbrida y la identidad mediante estudios de descendencia. Los marcadores polimorficos además son utiles para la cartografía de bibliotecas de clones de ADN, por ejemplo, para QTL de soja y genes unidos a polimorfismos.
