Abstract

Un método para la gasificacion de un lecho fluidizado, en el que una cantidad de partículas solidas a ser circuladas en un horno de combustion de lecho fluidizado es controlada con el fin de realizar la eficiencia de la gasificacion en el horno.Este es el método para la gasificacion de un lecho fluidizado con hornos de combustion y de gasificacion de lecho fluidizado 30 y 43, escorias y partículas solidas producidas en el momento de la gasificacion de material en crudo 51, en el horno degasificacion 43, siendo circulado en el horno de combustion 30. Una cantidad circulada de las partículas solidas en el horno de combustion es controlada variando la misma en un orden que va de 6 hasta 30, con respecto a una velocidad de flujo deaire, por lo cual se facilita la transmision de calor hacia el material en crudo 51.
