Abstract

En una realizacion de un aparato y proceso para envasar productos alimenticios u otros materiales en un envase rígido sellado por una cubierta flexible, se deposita en el envase una cantidad deseada de material a envasar que contiene o al que se le agrega cierta cantidad de agua u otro líquido, se asegura la cubierta flexible al envase de manera que quede por lo menos una abertura sin sellar, se calienta el envase para llevar la temperatura del líquido a una temperatura superior a su punto de ebullicion, haciendo o permitiendo que el vapor generado por el líquido en ebullicion expulse otros gases del envase a través de la abertura sin sellar y se sella el envase mientras el gas o vapor aun esté escapando del envase a través de la abertura sin sellar.
