Abstract
Método para formar apositos para heridas y biomateriales agregados de forma adaptable y capaces de retener la forma, compuestos por un gel de nanopartículas y un fluido proveniente de una herida o un organismo, donde los agregados se mantienen unidos por fuerzas físicas basadas en enlaces no covalentes, tales como, sin limitaciones, interacciones hidrofobicas-hidrofílicas y enlaces hidrogeno. El método comprende introducir un polvo seco de gel de nanopartículas gel en el sitio de una herida, donde las nanopartículas absorben una porcion de la sangre o el exudado de la herida, y coalescen in situ para obtener el aposito agregado capaz de retener la forma reivindicada. El método también comprende introducir el polvo nanoparticulado seco en o sobre un tejido humedo del organismo in vivo para formar el biomaterial capaz de retener la forma reivindicada. Además, el método también comprende incorporar agentes biomédicos para producir apositos o biomateriales agregados con medicaciones para una variedad de aplicaciones médicas.
