Abstract

En un sistema de operacion de válvulas de motor, un eje de distribucion (36) se encuentra soportado por un cojinete (41) sobre una culata de cilindro (5) que posee una válvula de admision (29i) y una válvula de escape (29e) provistas en ella, y un balancín de admision (38i) y un balancín de escape (38e) se encuentran montados sobre un eje de balancín (42) soportado sobre la culata de cilindro (5) de modo que sea paralelo al eje de distribucion (36), y el balancín de admision (38i) y el balancín de escape (38e), respectivamente, proporcionan una conexion entre el eje de distribucion (36) y la válvula de admision (29i) y entre el eje de distribucion (36) y la válvula de escape (29e). Un perno de fijacion (44) que linda contra una parte extrema del eje de balancín (42) de manera de restringir el movimiento de este ultimo en una direccion de empuje se encuentra roscado en la culata de cilindro (5), y un asiento de brida (44a) que linda contra una cara lateral del cojinete (41) de manera de restringir su movimiento en una direccion de empuje se encuentra formado integralmente con el perno de fijacion (44). Por lo tanto, se proporciona un sistema de operacion de válvulas de motor compacto en el que un medio para restringir el movimiento en la direccion de empuje de un eje de distribucion y un eje de balancín es compartido para reducir de ese modo la cantidad de componentes y simplificar la estructura.
