Abstract

Una preforma moldeada por inyeccion para hacer un recipiente moldeado por soplado estirado teniendo una relacion de estiramiento global de desde alrededor de 8 hasta alrededor de 12, en donde la relacion de estiramiento global es un producto de una relacion de estiramiento de virola y una relacion de estiramiento axial, en donde la relacion de estiramiento de virola es desde alrededor de 4,5 hasta alrededor de 5,4, en donde la relacion de estiramiento axial es desde alrededor de 1,5 hasta alrededor de 2,2, y en donde la preforma está compuesta por un Copolímero de PET de BREN teniendo un volumen de soplado libre de desde alrededor de 400 hasta menos que alrededor de 650 ml. medido a 100sC y 6,12 atm. (90 psi) usando una preforma de 25 gramos de peso disenada para un recipiente de 500 ml. con un diámetro máximo de 65 mm. y una altura de 200 mm. desde debajo de la terminacion de recipiente y teniendo una relacion de estiramiento de virola de 5,5 y una relacion de estiramiento axial de 2,6. este presente también se refiere a un método de hacer tales preformas y recipientes moldeados por soplado estirados y métodos de hacer los mismos.
