Abstract
Un método de control automático de ganancia (AGC) de acuerdo con la presente aplica una ganancia inicial a través de un circuito AGC digital en una ranura de tiempo que es determinada utilizando una ganancia calculada final de la misma ranura de tiempo en la trama previa junto con un factor de desplazamiento. Se activa una función de borrado para un bloque de muestra de datos cuando el número de muestras de datos saturadas que son detectadas dentro del bloque, excede un valor umbral. La medición de potencia hecha por el circuito AGC y utilizada para actualizar la ganancia es ajustable en base al número de muestras de datos medidas que están saturadas. Esto elementos proveen una función de limitación de ganancia y permiten limitar el rango dinámico para un procedimiento de senal adicional.
