Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un proceso de preparacion de zeolitas X y LSX aglomeradas con un ligante y de las cuales aproximadamente 50 a aproximadamente 99% de los sitios intercambiables están ocupados por iones litio, que consiste en proceder al intercambio con litio de una parte de los cationes intercambiables de la zeolita de partida por puesta (s) en contacto de dicha zeolita repartida en un carrusel de al menos 2 recipientes en forma de lecho fijo dispuestos en serie de manera en serie de manera intercambiable, con una solucion de compuestos de litio (1) que se hace pasar a través del carrusel y modificada de manera cíclica a intervalos de tiempos dados; cuando la tasa de intercambio con litio deseada se alcanza para la zeolita del primer recipiente, se retira éste del carrusel y la zeolita que está contenida en él se libera de la solucion de compuesto de litio por lavado y a continuacion se descarga (4) y se reemplaza eventualmente con una carga nueva de zeolita a intercambiar, y se caracteriza por el hecho de que se practica una purga (5) de la corriente correspondiente al exceso de litio utilizado, diferenciándola del efluente generado por el carrusel y porque se extrae del carrusel: en primer lugar la corriente (5) correspondiente a la percolacion ''e'' a la salida de la columna de cabeza del carrusel, a continuacion la corriente (3) correspondiente a la percolacion ''Eo" a la salida del carrusel. Este proceso permite alcanzar un alto nivel de intercambio con litio con un rendimiento de litio notablemente mejorado con relacion a los procesos de la técnica anterior.
