LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE DESDOBLAMIENTO DE ENANTIOMEROS OPTICOS POR CRISTALIZACION PREFERENCIAL, QUE CONSISTE EN CADA INICIO DE CRISTALIZACION, EN COLOCAR EN EL CAMPO BIFASICO QUE CONTIENE EL EXCESO DE ENANTIOMERO Y LA SOLUCION SATURADA, EN ENFRIAR EL CONJUNTO SEGUN UNA CINETICA PERFECTAMENTE ESTABLECIDA; LOS LICORES MADRES OBTENIDOS TRAS LA RECOGIDA DE LOS CRISTALES SON AÑADIDOS A LA MEZCLA RACEMICA DE FINA GRANULOMETRIA Y A CONTINUACION SON LLEVADOS A UNA TEMPERATURA INFERIOR A LA DE LA HOMOGENEIZACION DE LA SOLUCION DE MANERA QUE EL EXCESO DE ENANTIOMERO ESTE PRESENTE SOLO EN ESTADO SOLIDO Y EN EQUILIBRIO CON LA SOLUCION. UN NUEVO ENFRIAMIENTO PERMITE OBTENER EL OTRO ENANTIOMERO Y LLEVAR A CABO EL CICLO DE LAS OPERACIONES, BASTANDO A CONTINUACION, CON REALIZARLO DE MANERA REPETITIVA.
