Abstract

Las bacterias patogénicas han representado una amenaza durante largo tiempo para el hombre, y ha sido una meta de la industria alimenticia y de laprofesion médica el desarrollo de un bactericida que tuviera un alto grado de utilidad, lo que incluyea las esporas en su alcance, que exhibiera unpronunciado efecto sobre las bacterias patogénicas, que fuera inofensivo para el ser humano y la tierra y que esté compuesto de iones de metal que tienenafinidad con el organismo, es decir, aquellos queson componentes estructurales esenciales del cuerpo humano, y compuestos que se utilizan en aditivosalimenticios. Se revela aquí un bactericida que contiene iones férricos (Fe3más) y uno o más miembros del grupo formado por ácido sorbico, ácidobenzoico , yésteres de ácido para-hidroxibenzoico; un bactericida que contiene iones férricos (Fe3más), ácido L-ascorbico, y uno o más miembros del grupo formado por ácidosorbico, ácido benzoico, y ésteres de ácido para-hidroxibenzoico; unbactericida que con tiene iones férricos (Fe3más), ácido sorbico, ácido benzoico, y ácidoL-ascorbico. Como resultado, las bacterias patogénicas más importantes pueden ser erradicadas en un corto tiempo, y el bactericida es altamente estable.
