Abstract
Un método para la fabricacion de un miembro de bastidor de un vehículo automotriz y miembro obtenido por el método, donde el miembro tiene una porcion demontaje de absorcion de impacto construida y dispuesta para ser montada en un componente estructural dentro de un vehículo automotriz. El método comprende lahidroformacion de una pieza madre tubular dentro de unamatriz de hidroformacion mediante el suministro de fluido presurizado hacia el interior hueco de la pieza madre. Un miembro formador por estiramiento es movidohacia adentro con respecto a la cavidad de la matriz de hidroformacion mientras que se suministra fluido presurizado de forma tal que el miembro formador porestiramiento deforma una porcion rebajada que tiene una porcion de pared lateral anular y una porcion de pared de fondo. La pieza madre tubular formada esluego removida desde la matriz de hidroformacion y una estructura de montaje es dispuesta dentro de la porcion rebajada y la pieza madre y la estructura demontaje son luego dispuestas dentro de una matriz de moldeo por inyeccion. El material fundido de absorcion de impactos es inyectado dentro de la porcionrebajada de manera tal que el material fundido rodea la estructura de montaje. El material fundido de absorcion de impactos es luego solidificadopreferiblemente, se forma un par de dichas porciones rebajadas. La presente invencion también se refiere a un miembro de carrocería o estructura vehicular aser unida a un componente estructural en relacion de absorcion de impactos.
