Abstract

Esta invencion se relaciona con un fragmento aislado de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una proteína involucrada en la regulacion de la expresion génica. Lapresente también se relaciona con la construccion de un gen quimérico que codifica toda o una porcion de la proteína involucrada en la regulacion de laexpresion génica, con orientacion en el sentido del marco de lectura o antisentido, donde la expresion del gen quimérico da como resultado la produccion deniveles alterados de la proteína involucrada en la regulacion de la expresion génica en una célula huésped transformada.
