Abstract

La presente se relaciona con un fragmento aislado de ácido nucleico que codifica toxinas de escorpion que son modificadoras de canales de Na. La presentese relaciona también con la construccion de un gen quimérico que codifica toda o una porcionsust ancial del modificador de canales de Na, en la orientacion delsentido del marco de lectura o antisentido, donde la expresion del gen quimérico da como resultado la produccion de niveles alterados de la proteína que medialos efectos delmodificador de canales de Na en la célula huésped transformada.
