Abstract
Un método para la manufactura de un riel lateral en un conjunto de bastidor vehicular, incluye el paso inicial de conformar mediante rodillos una piezaplana de materia prima plana que tiene una seccion transversal con una configuracion general en Cd efinida por un ala superior correspondiente allado superior abierto de la configuracion en C, un ala inferior correspondiente al fondo o lado abierto opuesto de la configuracion en C, y unalma correspondiente a la espalda de la configuracion en Cy q ue conecta las alas superior e inferior la una a la otra. Los bordes terminales delala superior y del ala inferior, definen un plano de bordes que se extiende en una direccion general paralela a un plano vertical definido por el alma.Una porciondel ala inferior es seguidamente sometida a un estampado en una direccion paralela al plano vertical, a efectos de formar una porcion combadaen el ala inferior. El plano de bordes, definido por los bordes de las alas superior e inferior en laporcion com bada, no se extiende con la predeterminadarelacion con respecto al plano definido por el alma. Seguidamente, se retira una porcion del ala inferior en la porcion combada, tal como mediante elrecortado mediante un soplete oxiacetilénicode corte, de m anera tal que un plano definido por los bordes de las alas superior e inferior en la porcioncombada se extienda nuevamente con la predeterminada relacion con respecto al plano definido por el alma.
