Abstract

Un proceso para la preparacion de un compuesto de formula general (I) donde R1 es hidrogeno o bien alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, o alquinilo C2-6,cualquiera de los cuales puede sustituirse opcionalmente con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionadosentre halogeno y OH,o bien COOR4, COR6, CONR4R5 o CONHSO2R4;R4 y R5 son cada uno de ellos independientemente hidrogeno o alquilo C1-4 opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más átomos de halogeno; R6 es un átomo de halogenoo un grupo R4; R2 es hidrogenoo bie n halo; R3 es alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-4 o bien alquinilo C2-4, cualquiera de los cuales puede sustituirse opcionalmentecon uno o más átomos de halogeno, o bien halo. El proceso que incluye la reaccion de un compuesto de la formula general(II) don de R1, R2 y R3 son tal como selos define en la formula general (I) con un agente de nitracion que incluye ácidos nitrico y sulfurico en presencia de un disolvente orgánico y en presencia deanhidrido acético, siendo la proporcion molar deanhidrido ac ético respecto del compuesto de la formula general (II) de aproximadamente 1:1 a 3:1 en el cuallos ácidos se agregan en forma consecutiva a la mezcla de la reaccion.
