Abstract

Se describe un producto de confitería aireado congelado que comprende una barra que es cortada transversalmente de un filamento extruido en formavertical de confitura aireada congelada que se extruye a través de una matriz que le proporciona suf orma externa a dicha barra y que es co-extruída coninclusiones compuestas por multiples patrones delgados de material de textura diferente a la del producto de confitería aireado, particularmente de materiala base de grasa fresca, que estándispues tas como patrones transversales sustancialmente paralelos distintos que se extienden desde el centro a laperiferia del filamento y están separados los unos de los otros por zonas libres de inclusion para permitir el cortetransversal con cortadores dealambre caliente convencionales. También se describen el método para la fabricacion de dicho producto y aparato para llevar a cabo dicho método.
