Abstract

Un concentrado alimenticio que presenta la forma de una barrade superficie irregular que contiene del 8 al 50% en peso de elementos visibles a simple vista sostenidos en un cemento constituido de 15 al 35% de materia grasa y del 20 al 70% de base deshidratada.El procedimiento de preparación de un concentrado alimenticio de conformidad con una de las Reivindicaciones 1 a 4, que contiene etapas sucesivas de mezclado de los elementos visuales con la materia grasa fundida y la base deshidratada, formación de una pasta delgada de la mezcla obtenida, corte y enfriado.
