Abstract
Compuestos de trifenilpropanamida utiles para el tratamiento de procesos inflamatorios que tiene la formula (I), en donde X es un enlace unico,hidrogeno, azufre o NR5, (CH2)n en donde n es un numero entero entre 1 y 3; -HC=CH-; y -CHxW endond e W puede ser oxígeno, azufre o NR5; R1 es de uno atres grupos sustituyentes cada uno seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en alquilo inferior C2-6, alcoxi inferior, hidroxi, halo, carboxi, carboalcoxi,amino, amido, sulfonamido onitrilo; R2 es un grupo fenilo en donde dicho grupo fenilo está sustituido con hidrogeno o de uno a tres grupos sustituyentescada uno seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en alquilo inferior C2-6, alcoxi inferior, hidroxi, halo,carboxi, carboalcox i, amino, amido,sulfonamido o nitrilo, un anillo heteroaromático seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en tiofeno, furano, pirrol y piridina sustituido o no sustituido;Y es -CH2- o hidrogeno; R3 se selecciona entre el grupoque consiste en hidrogeno, alquilo, cicloalquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, fenilo en donde dichogrupo fenilo está sustituido con hidrogeno o de uno a tres grupos sustituyentes cada uno seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste enalquiloinferior, alcox i inferior, hidroxi, halo, carboxi, carboalcoxi, amino, amido, sulfonamido o nitrilo, fenilalquilo inferior en donde dicho grupo feniloestá sustituido con hidrogeno o con uno a tres grupos sustituyentes cada unoseleccionado entre el grupo q ue consiste en alquilo inferior, alcoxiinferior, hidroxi, halo, carboxi, carboalcoxi, amino, amido, sulfonamido o nitrilo; Z se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en carbonilo, carboxi,carbonilamino, o sulfona;R4 es alquilo de cadena recta o ramificada C2-12, fenilalquilo inferior en donde dicho grupo fenilo está sustituido con
