Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparacion de tabletas de dispersion rápida para administracion oral, que comprende: (i) mezclar conjuntamentecomponentes intragranulares que son al menos un ingrediente farmacéuticamente activo, uno o más excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables que son xilitol,manitol directamente comprimible, maltodextrina o sorbitol, o una asociacion de los mismos; un material céreo; un endulzante intenso o un agente queenmascara el sabor; y opcionalmente un disgregante;y (ii) preparar la mezcla de la etapa (i) para compresion por granulacion en seco, golpeteo,compactacion entre rodillos, molienda o tamizado, o asociaciones de las mismas; y (iii) mezclar el producto de la etapa (ii) con un componenteextragranular que comprende un excipiente farmacéuticamente aceptable de xilitol, manitol directamente comprimible, maltodextrina o sorbitol o unaasociacion de los mismos; y opcionalmente un endulzante/agente que enmascara el sabor, y un agente saborizante; y (iv) comprimir para formar tabletas; yuna formulacion de dichas tabletas.
