Abstract

Una construccion de ácido nucleico con un promotor mejorado (clpP) del gen que codifica una proteasa dependiente de AtP (clpP), un vector que lacontiene y un método que emplea dicha construccion para expresar establemente una proteína exogena en los plástidos de plantas monocotiledomeasy dicotiledoneas. Las construcciones descriptas en este documento contienen promotores unicos que se transcriben tanto por medio de las polimerasas deARN de plástidos codificadas en el nucleo como por medio de las polimerasas de ARN de plástidos codificadas en los plástidos, como por ambas. Las nuevasconstrucciones son insertadas en vectores y se emplean en un método para la transformacion de una amplia gama de especies de plantasy posibilita laexpresion ubiquitaria de un ADN dentro de los plástidos de las plantas multicelulares.
