Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.配列番号1、配列番号9および配列番号11によってコードされるプロモ ーターエレメントの群より選択される、植物細胞の色素体における少なくとも1 つの目的外来タンパク質の生産を増強するための、単離されたrpoBプロモー ターエレメントおよびそのホモログ。 2.配列番号2、配列番号4、配列番号6および配列番号8によってコードさ れるプロモーターエレメントの群より選択される、植物細胞の色素体における少 なくとも1つの目的外来タンパク質の生産を増強するための、単離されたatp Bプロモーターエレメントおよびそのホモログ。 3.配列番号3、配列番号12、配列番号13、配列番号14、配列番号15 、配列番号16、配列番号17、配列番号18、配列番号19、配列番号20、 配列番号21、配列番号22、配列番号23、配列番号24、配列番号25、配 列番号26、配列番号30および配列番号31によってコードされるプロモータ ーエレメントの群より選択される、植物細胞の色素体における少なくとも1つの 目的外来タンパク質の生産を増強するための、単離されたclpPプロモーター エレメントおよびそのホモログ。 4.配列番号28および配列番号29によってコードされるプロモーターエレ メントの群より選択される、植物細胞の色素体における少なくとも1つの目的外 来タンパク質の生産を増強するための、単離された16SrDNAプロモーター エレメントおよびそのホモログ。 5.高等植物の色素体を安定に形質転換するためのDNA構築物であって: a)少なくとも1つの目的外来タンパク質をコードする転写単位; b)該転写単位に作動可能に連結された縦列の第1のNEPプロモーターおよ び第2のPEPプロモーター;ならびに c)該プロモーターによって調節される該転写単位の発現 を含む構築物。 6.NEPプロモーターがclpP−111でありPEPプロモーターがPr r n−114である請求項5記載のDNA構築物。 7.NEPプロモーターがclpP−53でありPEPプロモーターがPrr n−114である請求項5記載のDNA構築物。
