Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con un método para ajustar la velocidad del flujo de gas de reaccion y el aire de dispersion de material solido en polvo alsuministrar gas de reaccion y solidos finamente dividido al cuerpo de reaccion de un horno defusion de suspencion para crear una suspencion controlada yajustable. El gas de reaccion es suministrado en el horno de alrededor de un flujo del material solido finamente dividido así dichos solidos sondistribuidos con una orientacion hacia elgas de r eaccion por medio de aire de dispersion. Se ajustan la velocidad de flujo y direccion de la descarga del gasde reaccion al cuerpo de reaccion sin pasos por medio de un miembro de ajuste especialmente formado que se mueve verticalmente enel canal de gas de reacciony por medio de un bloque enfriador especialmente formado rodeando el canal de gas de reaccion y ubicado en el arco del cuerpo de reaccion. Se ajusta lavelocidad del gas de reaccion convenientemente, independientemente dela cantidad de gas, en el orificio de descarga ubicado en el borde inferior delarco del cuerpo de reaccion y, desde dicho orificio el gas es descargado en el cuerpo de reaccion y forma allí una suspension con el material en polvo y elaire dedispersio n necesario para dispersar dicho material se ajusta segun el suministro del material en polvo. La invencion también se relaciona con unquemador multiajustable para llevar a cabo el método.
