Abstract

Composiciones farmacéuticas para su administracion por vía oral que comprenden un portador y, como ingrediente activo, un compuestooftalmologicamente activo, caracteriza porque la composicion se formula para promover la absorcion pre-gástrica del compuesto oftalmologicamente activo.También se proporciona un procedimiento para la preparacion de dichas composiciones y la utilizacion de dichas composiciones en el tratamiento deenfermedades oftálmicas, en particular las enfermedades causadas por una presion intraocular elevada, como por ejemplo la hipertension ocular y elglaucoma.
