Abstract
Una solución acuosa concentrada que contiene: (A) un componente de iones fosfato disueltos; (B)un componente de cromo hexavalente disuelto; (C) uncomponente de aniones disueltos que se seleccionan a partir del grupo que consiste en BF4,Alf6 -3, SiF6-2, TiF6-2, FeF6-3, SnF6-2, ZrF6-2, y HfF6-2; y(D) un componente de iones fluoruro libres; y, opcionalmente y de preferencia; (E) un componente de cromo trivalente disuelto; y, opcionalmente, uno o másde (F) un componente desubstancias orgá nicas disueltas producidas por medio de la reducción de algún cromo hexavalente inicialmente agregado al cromotrivalente; (G) un componente de moléculas de un polímero formadoras de una película que estén disueltas o queestén suspendidas en forma estable, obien que estén tanto disueltas como suspendidas en forma estable, simultáneamente; y (H) un componente de substancias que estén disueltas o queestén suspendidas en forma estable, o bien que esténtanto disueltas como suspendidas en forma estable, simultáneamente, y que se seleccionan a partirdel grupo que consiste en sílice y silicatos, es más resistente al desarrollo de precipitados durante un almacenamiento extendido quelascomposiciones que son similares sin el componente de fluoruro libre, y al cabo de la dilución se logran, por lo menos, composiciones de trabajo queson igualmente satifactorias para formar un recubrimiento pasivador de conversión decromato sobre superfic ies zincíferas. Un objeto alternativoo concurrente es el de proporcionar una resina mejorada respecto de la corrosión a partir de tratamiento pasivador.
