Abstract
Un método para evaporar un solvente de recubrimiento de un recubrimiento (12) sobre un primer substrato (14) y para minimizar la formación de moteado.Un horno de secado (10) incluye numerosas láminas de aire (30) posicionadas en forma adyacente a la superficie del segundo substrato. Cada una de lasnumerosas láminas de aire (30) tiene una ranura en la lámina a través de la cual se suministra una corriente de gas de secado al horno de secado (10). Lalongitud de la ranura en la lámina esajustada para no ser significativamente mayor que el ancho del primer substrato para minimizar el flujo de aire en losbordes del primer y segundo recubrimiento, lo que minimiza la creación del moteado.
