Abstract
Esteres de derivados de 3-hidroxi-piperidinmetanol que comprenden la fórmula (I), una forma estereoquimicamente isomérica de la misma, una forma deN-óxido de la misma o una sal de adición de ácidos o de bases de la misma, farmacéuticament eaceptabe, donde: R1 es alquiloxi C1-6, alquenilox C2-6, oalquiniloxi C2-6; R2 es hidrógeno o alquiloxi C1-6; o R1 y R2 en conjunto pueden formar un radical bivalente de fórmulas: -O-(CH2)N-O-, n de 1 a 3;-O-(CH2)m- con m= 2, 3, 4; donde en dichos radicales bivalentes uno o dos átomos de hidrógeno pueden ser sustituidos con alquilo C1-6; R3 es hidrógenoo halo; R4 es hidrógeno o alquilo C1-6; L es cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalcanona C5-6, alquenilo C2-6 sustituido opcionalmente conar ilo o L es un radical defórmula: -Alk-R5; -Alk-X-R6; -Alk-Y-C(=O)-R8 o Alk-Y-C(=O)-NR10R11, donde cada Alk- es alcanodiilo C1-12, y R5 es hidrógeno, ciano, alquilsulfonilaminoC1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalcanona C5-6, arilo,di(aril)metilo o Het1; R6 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-6, hidroxialquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, arilo oHet1; X es O, S, SO2 o NR7; siendo R7 hidrógeno, alquilo C1-6 o arilo; R8 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, arilo, arilalquilo C1-6, di(aril)metilo, alquiloxi C1-6 o hidroxi; Y es NR9 o un enalce directo; siendo dicho R9 hidrógeno, alquilo C1-6 o arilo; R10 y R11 son, cada uno en formaindependiente, hidrógeno, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, arilo o aril alquilo C1-6; oR10 y R11 en forma combinada con el átomo de nitrógeno quellevan R10 y R11 pueden formar un anillo de pirrolidinilo o piperidinilo, ambos estando opcionalmente sustituidos con alquilo C1-6 amino o mono o di(alquilo C1-6) amino, o dicho R10 yR11 combinado c on el átomo de nitrógeno que llevan R10 y R11 puede formar un radical de piperazinilo o de 4
