Abstract
Es un método que tiene por objeto la fabricación de machos de arena destinados a procesos de fundición de metales conforme al Proceso de Moldeadoen Frio en uretano, se conduce trimetilamina gaseosa a través de las piezas de un dispositivode medición (3) y luego, bajo una concentración que oscilaentre 0.01 y 0.12% en peso que se basa en la cantidad de arena utilizada por macho, se la introduce en una máquina productora de machos (4) donde se lapone en contacto con la arena, en tanto antes de introducir la trimetilamina gaseosa en la máquina (4) se introduce un gas purgante, mientras que larelación entre la trimetilamina y el gas purgante es tal que para una cantidad T de trimetilamina, la cantidad L de gas purgante oscilaentre 1:1000 y1000:1; T:L.
