Abstract

Un procedimiento para someter rápidamente a presión una cámara de molde para pelotas con una mezcla de aire y un segundo gas mientras se cierra herméticamente la cámara respecto a la atmósfera, estando dicha cámara definida por las secciones de un molde para unir entre sí las mitades de las pelotas y por una pluralidad de dichas mitades de pelota alojadas en cavidades existentes en las mencionadas secciones del molde, y habiéndose cerrado tales secciones de molde en una posición en la que los revestimientos adhesivos situados sobre los bordes de dichas mitades de pelota quedan próximos entre sí pero no coincidentes totalmente, y en el que las periferias exteriores de las citadas secciones de molde quedan en ajuste hermético entre sí; comprendiendo las fases: extraer aire por una boca de dicha cámara hasta reducir la presión de la cámara a 15 hasta 35 kPa absoluta; hacer entrar dicha mezcla de gases al interior de la referida cámara por una boca, teniendo dicho segundo gas una permeabilidada través de la pared de la pelota de 1 a 90 % respecto a la del aire, y estando presente a un nivel de 10 a 92 moles por ciento del total de la mezcla gaseosa.
