Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 従来ガス硬化鋳型にはＣＯ７法、コールドボックス法等
が使用されているが、操作が面倒であったυ、均等にガ
スを通ずる方法がないため、所要理論量の数十倍のガス
を浪費し、かつ作業準備の段取りＶｃ無駄な時間を費し
、所期の特色を充分発揮し得ない欠陥があった。
本発明はこれらの欠点を除くため工夫したものである。
次に本発明の実施の態様を添付図面について詳述する。
図においてｆｌｌは密閉容器にして蓋（２）を有し７該
蓋は気密を保持し得るよう装着しである。
１だ容器主体には直空組（３）と三方切換コック（４）
を介在せしめた管（５）を取付け、該三方コックの他二
方には直空ポング（６）に連通する管面とベロー形硬化
ガス容器（力に連通ずる管（７）をそれぞれ連結し。
また機枠（９）内の硬化ガス容器（７）Ｋは所要ガスボ
ンベ（Ｂ）と切換弁（８）を介在せしめた管（８′）に
よシ連通せしめである。
本発明は前記の如く構成しであるので、密閉容器内に成
型鋳型または木型に充填された１まの鋳型（財）を収納
し、蓋（２）を密閉後三方切換コック（４）を直空ポン
プ（６）と連通せしめ、５０トール以下の直空に吸引せ
しめた後、コック（４）を閉止し９次いで該コックを硬
化ガス容器（７）と連通せしめる。然るときは硬化ガス
容器はベロー形容器にしであるから収縮して所要の硬化
ガスを鋳型内に浸透せしめ鋳型を硬化させる。
本発明は斯の如く密閉容器内の空気を吸引し５０トール
以下の直空とした後硬化ガスと置換せしめ、鋳型内に硬
化ガスを均一かつ急速に浸透せしめ硬化すると共に硬化
に必要なガス′Ｉｋを予めベロー形容器内に＊？Ｒして
使用するので硬化ガスの無駄づかいがないのみならず２
作業が単純にして迅速に実施し得るので経済的にして数
多の工業的効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 本文に詳記する如く成型鋳型を密閉容器内に収納し、該
    容器内の空気を５０トール以下の直空に吸引した後、所
    要の硬化ガスと置換せしめ鋳型を硬化することを特徴と
    するガス硬化鋳型における硬化ガス供給方法。
