Abstract

Un método para regular un procedimiento de fabricación de acero que implica la descarburación de acero fundido en una zona cerrada a presiones reducidas y la evacuación compulsiva de un gas de escape, contentivo de CO, CO2 y N2, a partir de dicha zona cerrada, comprendiendo dicho método las fases de formar una mezcla íntima gaseosa del gas de escape y una cantidad medida de un gas de referencia que es inerte algas de escape; efectuar una verificación música espectrométrica de una muestra de dicha mezcla íntima para determinar las corrientes de ionización a fin de establecer los valores máximos seleccionados con los cuales se relacionan los CO, CO2, N2 y gas de referencia contenidos en dicha muestra; determinar el grado o cantidad de descarburación del acero fundido en el momento de efectuar la verificación a partir del valor medido de la cantidad del gas de referencia contenido en dicha mezcla y los valores medidos de las corrientes de ionización para establecer los valores máximos seleccionados; y regular el procedimiento de fabricación del acero con arreglo al valor determinado del grado o cantidad de descarburación del acero fundido.
