Abstract

Una disposición para la administración transmucosal de una droga en la cavidad oral que comprende una capa adhesiva que consiste un polímerohidrofílico que presenta una superficie adaptada para contactar un primer tejido de la cavidadoral y adherirse al mismo cuando está húmedo y unasuperficie opuesta en contacto con y adherido a una capa que contiene la droga portando una cantidad efectiva de una droga y opcionalmente una cantidadefectiva de un mejorador de penetración, endonde la capa que contiene la droga está adaptada para contactar y estar en relación de transferencia de drogacon el tejido de mucosa de la cavidad oral cuando la capa de adhesivo contacta y se adhiere al primer tejido. Las drogas preferidasincluyen péptid os talescomo los péptidos insulinotrópicos tipo glucagon.
