Claims (14)
1. System (100), der omfatter: a) en prøveforarbejdningsenhed (104, 332), der omfatter en roterende beholder (500) med mindst ét prøvekammer (128) til at indeholde og til forarbejdning af en prøve, hvor den roterende beholder (500) omfatter et middel til detektering af fremskridtet af frasepareringen (188; 237; 810) af mindst en første bestanddel og en anden bestanddel af en prøve anbragt i den roterende beholder (500), og en indgangsåbning og en udgangsåbning koblet til den roterende beholder (500), hvor prøveforarbejdningsenheden (104, 332) er udformet til at rotere beholderen (500) for således at påføre prøven anbragt i kammeret (128) en centrifugal kraft og ffaseparere mindst den første bestanddel og den anden bestanddel fra den anbragte prøve; og b) en magnetisk prøvefrasepareringsenhed (106) koblet til udgangsåbningen ffa prøveforarbejdningsenheden (104, 332), hvilken prøvefrasepareringsenhed (106) omfatter en frasepareringssøj leholder (42), en pumpe (64) og en flerhed af ventiler (1-11; 12,14, 15,16; 17; 18; 19; 110; 310, 311; 424, 425; 427, 428, 429) udformet til mindst delvist at styre fluidstrømningen gennem et fluidkredsløb, og en frasepareringssøjle (2; 40; 322) placeret i holderen (42), hvor frasepareringssøjlen (2; 40; 322) er udformet til at ffaseparere magnetisk mærkede og umærkede bestanddele af en prøve, der strømmer gennem søjlen (2; 40; 322).
2. System (100) ifølge krav 1, hvor midlet til detektering af ff asepareringens fremskridt (188; 237; 810) er placeret således, at lys ffa en lyskilde mindst delvist kan trænge gennem mindst en del af prøven, der ffasepareres, og lys, der passerer gennem mindst en del af prøven, kan detekteres ved hjælp af en lysdetektor (132).

5. System (100) ifølge krav 1 til 4, hvor midlet til detektering af frasepareringens fremskridt i den roterende beholder (500) er et vindue, en prisme (188;237;810) eller et spejl.

System (100) ifølge krav 5, hvor prismen (188; 237; 810) eller spejlet er placeret til at dække en kanal (186; 205; 236; 801) dannet i låget (192; 800) af den roterende beholder (500), hvor kanalen (186; 205; 236; 801) er udformet således, at mindst en del afprøven kan strømme ind i den under centrifugering.
7. System (100) ifølge krav 1 til 6, hvor den roterende beholder (500) er udformet således, at den er egnet til dyrkning af celler.
8. System (100) ifølge krav 1 til 7, hvor den roterende beholder (500) omfatter mindst ét lag til dyrkning af celler derpå.
9. System (100) ifølge krav 1 til 8, hvor den roterende beholder (500) er en engangsbeholder og/eller kan steriliseres.
10. System (100) ifølge krav 1 til 9, hvor den roterende beholder (500) omfatter et materiale udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af: plast, polystyren, polyvinylchlorid, polycarbonat, glas, polyacrylat, polyacrylamid, polymethylmethacrylat, polyethylenterephthalat, polytetrafluorethylen, termoplastisk polyurethan, silicone, polyethylen, collagen, chitin, alginat, hyaluronsyrederivater, flerbasisk syre, polyglycolid og copolymerer deraf, keramik, glasmaterialer, som hydroxylapatit og calciumphosphat, og sammensætninger, der omfatter ét eller flere af ovennævnte materialer.
11. Fremgangsmåde, der omfatter: tilvejebringelse af et system (100) ifølge krav 1 til 10; udførelse af et forarbejdningstrin for at ff aseparere mindst en første bestanddel og en anden bestanddel af en prøve; og udførelse af et prøveff asepareringstrin på en forarbejdet bestanddel af prøven, hvor ffasepareringen omfatter fraseparering af magnetisk mærkede og umærkede bestanddele ffa den forarbejdede prøvebestanddel, mens systemet ikke er forbundet med en patient.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, der endvidere omfatter: detektering af ff emskridtet af frasepareringen, navnlig ved detektering af prøvens lagdannelse, ændringen af pH-værdi og/eller temperaturændringen.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11 eller 12, hvor prøven er en biologisk prøve, navnlig blod, knoglemarv, celler, cellulære bestanddele, leukaphereseprodukter, tumorer eller fragmenter deraf, væv, mikroorganismer, bakterier, svampe eller vira.
14. Computerprogram, navnlig, når det udføres på en computer, til styring af et system ifølge krav 1 til 10 til udførelse af en ff emgangsmåde ifølge krav 11 til 13.
