Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE HIDROKSI-AMINOKISELINA, opisane su beta-hidroksi-alfa-aminokiseline koje se dobijaju po postupku koji je predmet ovog pronalaska via serin hidroksi-metiltransferazom katalizovane kondenzacije aldehida sa glicinom, pri čemu se kao predominantan proizvod od većine aldehida dobija kao L-eritro diastereoizomer; na primer, metil estar semialdehid ćilibarne kiseline je kondenzovan sa glicinom, pa se dobija L-eritro oblik mono metil estra alfa-amino-beta-hidroksi adipinske kiseline.
