Abstract
Oligomerni silanski preparati za oblaganje koji sadrze, na primer, metiltrimetoksi silan, koriste se za oblaganje novih ili koriscenih aparata za razmenu toplote, kao sto su HVAC sistemi, kako bi se uveliko poboljsala efikasnost toplotnog prenosa i sprecila inhibirala korozija. Ovi oligomerni preparati za oblaganje su u stanju da popune mikrosupljine na povrsinama za razmenu toplote i prodru u mikropukotine na spoju medjusobno ukalupljenih ili na silu uglavljenih povrsina, kao sto su rebra i cevi. Oligomerni silanski preparati za oblaganje su izuzetno aktivni i formiraju veze ne samo sa metalima i oksidima metala koji su na povrsinama za prenos toplote, vec takodje istiskuju gasove ili tecnosti na kontaktnim povrsinama za prenos toplote i obrazuju hemijske i/ili vodonicne veze sa oksidima i hemijskim necistocama. Na ovaj nacin, obrazuje se paralelni put za prenos toplote. Primenjene prevlake mogu biti tanke svega nekoliko milionitih delova inca i popunuce mikropukotine, debljine do oko 2000 nanometra. Oblozene povrsine za prenos toplote nisu adherentne na talozenje prljavstine i mikroorganizama i stoga su jednostavnije za odrzavanje i ekoloski pouzdanije za upotrebu u grejanju/hladjenju objekata u kojima borave ljudi.
