Abstract

Postupak oksidacije C2 do C4 alkana za dobijanje odgovarajućeg alkena i karboksilne kiseline, a taj postupak se sastoji od dovodjenja u kontakt, u oksidacionoj zoni reakcije, pomenutog alkana, gasa koji sadrži molekulski kiseonik i opciono najmanje jednog od odgovarajućih alkena i vode, u prisustvu najmanje dva katalizatora, od kojih je svaki aktivan, sa različitom selektivnošću, za oksidaciju alkana u odgovarajući alken i karboksilnu kiselinu, dajući tok proizvoda koji sadrži alken, karboksilnu kiselinu i vodu, a molski odnos alkena prema karboksilnoj kiselini, nastalih u pomenutoj oksidacionoj zoni reakcije, podešava se ili održava na predodredjenoj vrednosti, kontrolisanjem relativnih odnosa najmanje dva katalizatora u pomenutoj oksidacionoj zoni reakcije. Ovakav postupak oksidacije se može koristiti u integralnom postupku, kao što je proizvodnja etilacetata ili vinllacetata.
