Abstract
POSTUPAK I SMEŠA PRAHOVA ZA OPRAVKU VATROSTALNIH TELA NA BAZI OKSIDA - Opisan je postupak za opravku vatrostalnih tela na bazi oksida. Postupak se sastoji u nabacivanju smeše prahova na površinu pomenutog tela, na povišenog temperaturi u prisustvu kiseonika. Smeša prahova se sastoji od cestica oksida i čestica goriva, koje reaguje na egzoterman način sa kiseonikom gradeći vatrostalni oksid. Pronalazak je naznačen time da se čestice goriva biraju izmedju magnezijuma, aluminijuma, Silicijuma injhovih smeSa i da smeSa prahova dodatno sadrži do 10 mas.% čestica silicijum-karbida. Pronalazak da je postupak opravke vatrostalnih tela na bazi oksida, koji omogućava da se formira vatrostalna masa za opravku sa prihvadjivom poroznošću.PROCEDURE AND POWDER MIXTURE FOR REPAIR OF OXIDE-BASED REFRACTORY BODIES - A procedure for the repair of oxide-based refractory bodies is described. The process consists in applying a mixture of powders to the surface of said body, at an elevated temperature in the presence of oxygen. The mixture of powders consists of oxide particles and fuel particles, which react in an exothermic way with oxygen to form a refractory oxide. The invention is characterized in that the fuel particles are selected from magnesium, aluminum, silicon and mixtures thereof and that the powder mixture additionally contains up to 10% by weight of silicon carbide particles. The invention is a process for repairing oxide-based refractory bodies, which allows a refractory mass to be formed for repair with acceptable porosity.
