Abstract
The mixt. contains 1-10 wt.% SiC powder, pref. of particle size below 200 mu . Powder mixt. for the repair of oxide based refractory bodies is claimed comprising (in wt.%): (a) 80-95% refractory oxide particles including up to 10 wt.% (on total) of SiC particles, and (b) 5-20% Mg, Al and/or Si as exothermic fuel particles. Also claimed is a powder mixt. for the repair of oxide-based refractory bodies
