Abstract
pri cemu je najmanje jedna duzinska deonica profilnog elementa 16 ravnomernog glatkog i neprekidnog poprecnog preseka sa najmanje dve naspramno lezece ravne strane (17 i 19), naznacen time, da se cevasti neobradjeni komad (15) sa neprekidnim glatkim zakrivljenim lucnim poprecnim presekom, pozicionira izmedju otvorenih delova kalupa-matrice (11 i 13) koji svaki ima deo sa udubljenjem (35 i 37) i deo sa naspramnim sparenim ravnim povrsinama (47), pri cemu jedan deo kalupa-matrice sa svojom ravnom povrsinom (47) u zatvorenom polozaju je nalegajuce zahvacen sa drugom stranom kalupa-matrice odredjujuci tako supljinu sa glatkim neprekidnim kutijastim oblikom, koja ima zaobljene uglove (39), a koja odgovara konacnom profilnom elemen-tu (16) i koja ima obim koji je ne vise od oko 5% siri od originalnog obima cevastog neobradjenog komada (15); i da se primenjuje un-utrasnji pritisak na cevasti neobradjeni komad (15) tokom njegovog sabijanja delovima kalupa-matrica (11 i 13), gde pomenuti unutrasnji pritisak delujuci na zidove cevastog neobradjenog komada (15) nalegle na uglove (39), gura zidove ka uglovima (39), prouzrokujuci transverzalno prevlacenje preko unutrasnje povrsine supljine kalupa-matrice, pri cemu je unutrasnji pritisak najmanje dovoljan da savlada sile trenja koje se suprotstavljaju ovakvom transverzalnom prevlacenju, tako da se zidovi cevastog neobradjenog komada time sire ili sabijaju unutar obvojnice odredjene supljinom kalupa-matrice i nisu prikljesteni izmedju naleglih sparenih naspramnih ravnih povrsina (47) delova kalupa-matrice, pri cemu je navedeni unutrasnji pritisak manji od granice elasticnosti zidova neobradjenog cevastog komada (15), i da zatvaranje delova kalupa-matrice (11 i 13), posle sabijanja neobradjenog cevastog komada (15) da bi ga deformisali unutar povrsina (49) odgovarajucih sparenim naspramnim ravnim povrsinama (17 i 19), gura neobradjeni cevasti komad (15) potpuno u uglove kutijastog poprecnog preseka supljine kalupa-matrice; i da se sirenje obima neobradjenog cevastog komada (15) vrsi povecavanjem unutrasnjeg pritiska fluida u unutrasnjosti neobradjenog cevastog komada (15) do vise od granice elasticnosti zidova, sve dok sve spoljne povrsine neobradjenog cevastog komada (15) ne nalegnu na povsrine supljine kalupa-matrice; i da se nakon toga razdvoje delovi kalupa-matrice (11 i 13); i ukloni gotovi ekspandirani profilni element (16) iz kalupa-matrice.- Prijava sadrzi jos 7 zavisnih zahteva.
