Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA KONVERZIJU POLIMORFNOG KRISTALNOG OBLIKA BUSPIRON HLORHIDRATA kako bi se dobio polimorf sa nižom tačkom topljenja/P188 naznačen t ime, što obuhvata razaranje kristalne strukture polaznog polimorfnog kristalnog oblika ili smeše dva polimorfna kristalna oblika buspiron hlorhidrata rastvaranjem u tečnom medijumu i zatim rekristalizacijom na temperaturi nižoj od 95В°C; ili mešanjem sa tečnim medijumom, na temperaturi nižoj od 95В°C, uz uspostavljanje ravnoteže čvrsta supstancija/tečnost, sve dok se čvrsti buspiron hlorhidrat u potpunosti ne prevede u polimorf P188; nakon čega se dobijeni polimorfni oblik buspiron hlorhidrata odvaja od tečnog medijuma.
