Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA PODEŠAVANJE IN SITU METALNE KOMPONENTE KERAMIČKIH PROIZVODA, u postupku za proizvodnju samonosećeg keramičkog tela oksidacijom prvobitnog metala, koji obuhvata u prvom stupnju zagrevanje prvobitnog metala u prisustvu oksidansa u parnoj fazi tako da se obrazuje istopljeni metal koji reaguje sa oksidansom na podesnoj temperaturi i nastaje proizvod oksidacije koji dodiruje i proteže se izmedju tela stopljenog metala i oksidansa, i na toj temperaturi u drugom stupnju tok stopljenog prvobitnog metala prožima proizvod oksidacije ka ok-sidansu tako da proizvod oksidacije nastavlja da se stvara na medjupovršini izmedju oksidansa i prethodno stvorenog proizvoda oksidacije, i u trećem stupnju nastavlja se reakcija za vreme dovoljno da se proizvede keramičko telo koje se sastoji od proizvoda oksidacije i metalne komponente, naznačen time, što se u stopljeni tok prvobitnog metala unosi drugi metal, a zatim nastavlja reakcija oksidacije dovoljno dugo da se proizvede keramičko telo koje ima metalnu komponentu koja sadrži dovoljnu količinu drugog metala tako da se bar delimično utiče na jedno ili više svojstava keramičkog tela prisustvom i svojstvima drugog metala, a osim toga bez spinela ili sa spinelom bitno po površini proizvoda reakcije oksidacije.
