Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE NOVIH (2-IMIDAZOLIN-2-IL)PIRIDIN-1 HINOLINKARBONSKIH KISEL INA I ESTARSKIH UNUTRASNJIH SOLI I ILIDA formula: u kojoj X je H, halogen ili metil, Y i Z su svaki vodonik, halogen, C1-C6alkil, hidroksi nizi alkil, C1-C6alkoksi, C1-C6alkiltio, fenoksi, C1-C4halogenalkil, nitro, cijano, C1-C4alkilamino, di-nizi alkilamino ili C1-C4alkilsulfonil grupa, ili fenil proizvoljno supstituisana sa jednom C1-C4alkil, C1-C4alkoksi ili halogenom, difluormetoksi, trifluormetoksi, 1,1,2,2-tetrafluormetoksi, C3-C8 ravna ili razgranata alkeniloksi grupa proizvoljno supstituisana sa jednim do tri halogena, C3-C8 ravan ili razgranati alkiniloksi niz, proizvoljno supstituisan sa jednim do tri halogena, i kada se uzmu zajedno, Y i Z mogu formirati prsten koji moze biti proizvoljno supstituisan, u kojem YZ su predstavljeni sa -(CH2)n-, gde n je ceo broj 3 ili 4, ili (CH)4, R1 je C1-C4alkil, R2 je C1-C4alkil ili C3-C6cikloalkil, i kada R1 i R2 se uzmu zajedno sa ugljenikom za koji su pricvrsceni mogu predstavljati C3-C6 cikloalkil proizvoljno supstituisani sa metil grupom, R3 je vodonik ili COOR3 predstavlja estar kiseline, R4 i R5 su svaki C1-C4alkil ili fenil ili kada se uzmu zajedno mogu formirati C5 ili C6 cikloalkil grupu, i kada R1 i R2 nisu isti, njihovi opticki izomeri, naznacen time, sto estri imidazolin-2-il piridin- ili hinolin-karbonske kiseline formule I, ili estri karbamoilpiridin- ili hinolin-karbonske kiseline formule IV: gde su X, Y, Z, R1, R2 i R3, kao sto je prethodno odredjeno, reaguju sa priblizno ekvimolarnom kolicinom Vilsmajerovog reagensa gradeci jedinjenje formule II, koje se zatim tretira alkoholnim rastvorom i zakiseljava dajuci jedinjenje formule III, pri cemu se reakcija izvodi u prisustvu rastvaraca hlorovanog ugljovodonika, kao sto je metilenhlorid, dihloretan ili hloroform, na sobnoj temperaturi.
